Remine - Website Refocus (B2C)

Remine’s previous website was restricting marketing and sales potential. In collaboration with the marketing team, we transformed it into a user-focused B2C platform designed for direct consumer engagement. By refining navigation, enhancing the company's vision, and streamlining the sign-up process, we optimized the site for a smoother user experience for first time users, focusing on converting visits into Remine sign-ups. As a result, Remine experienced a 276% increase in sales revenue within the first three months post-launch.

Remine - Upgrade/Downgrade + Enterprise Dashboard

We developed a robust feature system that empowers users with greater control over their accounts. This update allows users to seamlessly switch from MLS-provided accounts to individual plans, manage subscriptions, sign-up, and deactivate accounts as needed. Simultaneously, we introduced an enterprise dashboard enabling organizations to purchase seats, assign them to employees, and manage account access efficiently. This dual-layer approach improved user autonomy while streamlining enterprise account management, driving higher sign-ups and retention.

Remine - Elevating the SSO Dashboard for MLS Customers

When I joined the team, the SSO dashboard lacked stability and a clear development path. We established a roadmap for growth and enhanced the platform’s reliability while rolling out key features. These included a reporting feature to track users logins and products used, an intuitive user management dashboard, and expanded customization options that includes fully resizable cards and dark mode. We also improved mobile responsiveness across the product and streamlined content forms for a smoother user experience. These enhancements transformed the dashboard into a more powerful, flexible, and user-friendly tool for MLS customers.

Backabl - Search System and Loan Sign Up Forms

At Backabl, we designed an intuitive platform to streamline the process of connecting small business owners with available loans and grants. as well as bringing stakeholders’ vision of a “Carvana” for funding to life. Our team developed an easy to use but expansive search functionality, user profiles, a user dashboard, as well as a portal for B2B connections. Through user personas and competitive analysis, we ensured an experience that was both user-friendly and efficient, making funding more accessible to small businesses.
